Agendas and Interest Groups is a three-year study examining the agenda setting power of interest groups in a comparative analysis of Germany, UK, USA, and the Netherlands. Specifically, this research project seeks to address a gap in current research regarding how interest groups potentially link citizens’ concerns to their own lobbying agendas and, ultimately, the policy agenda of the government. This project is funded through the European Commission's Open Research Area programme. Co-investigators are Amy McKay (University of Exeter), Beth Leech (Rutgers University), Patrick Bernhagen (University of Stuttgart), Joost Berkhout (University of Amsterdam), and Adam Chalmers (King's College London).
